BALMARÉ HAIR-INCLUDED PACKAGE POLICY Balmaré hair-included packages require the use of professionally sourced Balmaré hair. Clients who prefer to provide their own hair may book an eligible installation-only service instead. Hair-included packages are designed as complete experiences and are not interchangeable with installation-only appointments. HAIR ORDERING POLICY Hair that is not currently available in inventory may need to be specially ordered. Estimated ordering timelines may vary depending on: * Texture * Length * Color * Vendor availability * Specialty requests Natural colors may generally have a shorter ordering timeline, while specialty colors and custom requests may require additional time. Clients will receive booking instructions once their customized hair selection has been confirmed. DENSITY GUIDE NATURAL DENSITY Designed for clients who prefer a more natural level of fullness. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation free for no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
